I just had the most incredible dining experience at Heston in Europe. I flew all the way from Hong Kong to celebrate my birthday, and it was worth every mile. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was unmistakable. The waiters were not only friendly and nice, but they knew the menu inside out. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny for the top-notch experience. must order the tipsy cake here, it is excellent and this is the signature here. Heston is definitely the place to celebrate life's special moments like birthdays!

We had the most wonderful evening. We decided to look for wine pairings with the food and found this greatly enhanced our enjoyment. The experience of having a sommelier was new to us and was a highlight. We don't like to be pushed on us and the wines we chose were great with the food. The food was excellent as you would expect but the wait staff at this restaurant made the experience extra special.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal This duck shop is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel next to Hyde Park. 1⃣️starters: meat fruit, salamagundy. The meat fruit that used to be a plum has been replaced with a chicken liver paste. It has a mousse texture and a layer of jelly on the outside. I was amazed at the first bite. It tastes even better when spread on bread. 2⃣️main: spiced squab pigeon, ribeye. The pigeon meat and ribeye are both very tender. 3⃣️dessert: tipsy cake, chocolate drops. I like this roasted pineapple + soft cake. The surface of the cake is crispy and the bottom is a sweet and soft cake soaked in brandy. Chocolate drops are also delicious.

The only Michelin two-star restaurant in London that went twice in a few days was at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The hotel did not have to be booked at all. There were a lot of tables. It was just fine to eat directly. The taste was not bad. Every dish was more appetizing. Basically, the average tax service fee is about 1500, but fortunately, it is much better than the two stars next to it. Recommend to everyone.
